Our Impact

why & How

We at PCR act as Change Agents promoting peace, reconsiliation, and providing aid to those affected by war.

The PCR Foundation emerged from a profound recognition of the urgent need for support and a more peaceful approach to achieving reconciliation. Samuel and Faida, coming from D.R. Congo, have personally experienced turmoil and loss due to regional conflicts. Motivated by a shared commitment, they embarked on a journey to enhance their efforts by joining forces.

The PCR foundation is dedicated to a variety of projects aimed at fostering positive change, including training leadership towards non-violent transformation, education, social responsibility, whilst promoting peaceful communication to disrupt the cycle of violence and poverty, providing assistance to widows and orphans, and instilling hope in the lives of the despairing.

PCR is not a political organization. Instead we act as change agents encouraging our primary objective: to facilitate peaceful reconciliation. We are committed to creating a culture that favors peaceful relationships at grassroots level, to honor human rights and the promotion of gender-specific programs and entrepreneurial skills, having the school of Mediation, as well as basic health support and empowerment programmes for agriculture in rural areas.

“Our biggest dream, and something we are already working intensively and successfully towards, is to one day set up our own school for mediation and conflict resolution.”
